Keema & Raita

1 pack organic turkey
1 cup green peas
1 cup chopped bitter greens of your choice (arugula, dandelion leaves, kale)
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 1-inch peeled and grated fresh ginger
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
Ghee for cooking
Salt

Raita
1 cup organic yogurt mixed with 2 tbsp warm water
1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
1/2 tsp muster seeds
Ghee for cooking
Salt

Add ghee to warm pan then add onions and sauté on low-medium heat until translucent. Add spices and ginger. Add turkey and when it’s cooked, add peas and bitter greens. Add 1/4 sup water and simmer ingredients are soft and cooked.

In a separate small pan, heat ghee on low heat. Slowly add mustard seeds until they pop and release flavor. Pour ghee and mustard seeds over yogurt and water mixture along with cucumbers.
