Nourishing Autumn Rice & Squash

1 cup Wild Rice (Soak overnight for quicker cooking time)
2 4oz logs of Organic Goat Cheese
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
Fresh Rosemary
Sautéed Spaghetti Squash (cooked in ghee or olive oil)
Minced garlic

Cut spaghetti squash into pieces, drizzle ghee or olive oil on top, and place in over at 450 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until softened. Heat olive oil in pot, add while rice and water, and cover lid until cooked. In a separate pan, heat olive oil then add garlic, squash, and wild rice. Crumble goat cheese and add rosemary and lemon juice on top.
