Bodywork and Massage

The bodywork I offer is integrative. This means I focus on helping your body relax while also relieving emotional tension. I use warm sesame oil prepared with calming herbs as I apply pressure and therapeutic massage. Whether you are experiencing stress, digestive discomfort, or wanting to regain health and renewed energy, my bodywork sessions are calming, nurturing, and balancing.

Food therapy is similar to nutrition in some ways. In Ayurveda, each person has a unique constitution and state of digestive health. According to that, we all have natural tendencies and patterns. When life takes us out of balance, it’s common to fall into taking a diet or lifestyle which is aggravating. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I teach clients how to use foods to support their current physical and mental state. I teach clients how to easily prepare and cook food regularly and how to integrate beneficial principles into their lifestyle.

Women’s Health

Many women experience emotional repression and unresolved physical symptoms. Menstrual difficulties, thyroid imbalances, digestive issues, weight changes, and mental health symptoms can all be brought toward ease and balance through regular and appropriate practices. These practices include self-massage, women’s yoga, homecooked food, and healthy forms of relaxation. In sessions, I will teach these practices along with ways to process difficulties through talking, gentle breathing, and meditation,.
