Puffed Amaranth Sweet Treats

Puffed Amaranth

1/2 cup Amaranth

1/4 Raisons

1/4 cup Ghee or Coconut Oil

1. Heat pan on low-medium. Add amaranth seeds until they all pop and puff,

2. In another pan, heat ghee or oil. Add the puffed amaranth seeds and raisons. Use a spatula to mix and blend until it looks like the consistency of rice crispy treats.

3. Let the mixture cool down. Use your clean hands to make squares or balls.
