Thai Style Noodles

Ingredients

I packet of organic millet noodles

1/2 small sweet onion (thinly sliced)

1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1 radicchio (thinly sliced)

1/ cup of sprouts

2 cloves (minced)

1 inch ginger (grated

1 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp of red chili powder

1 bay leaf

sesame seeds

scallions

Mustard or Sesame Oil

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package

  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok on low-medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic to cook before they brown. Add onions, pepper, and radicchio to lightly sauté. Add turmeric, chili powder, and bay leaf.

  3. Add sprouts.
