This phone consultation is an opportunity for you to see if working with me is a good fit before scheduling an appointment as well as for me to understand your needs. If I feel your needs are beyond my scope of practice, I will be sure to offer trusted referrals.
Initial Comprehensive Consultation
Consultations are for those seeking a thorough initial assessment and conversation of health concerns, overview of health & wellness goals, and Ayurvedic massage treatment. These sessions are longer to thoroughly assess client’s state of stress, digestion, absorption, and other symptomology. Clients will leave this initial consultation with actions to take moving forward.

Ayurvedic Massage & Wellness Counseling
Sessions are for those looking to address long-term health goals. Depending on each person’s goals, these sessions may include massage treatments, energy work, yoga therapy, guidance on food therapy, counseling, hypnotherapy, or a combination of these modalities.

$500 for 4 90-minute appointments
Ayurvedic Massage
Sessions are to focus on short-term relief for a specific issue like stress, back or shoulder pain, or digestive discomfort.
