Initial Consultation
Consultations are for those seeking an initial assessment, conversation of concerns and overview of goals, massage therapy, and a protocol to take moving forward.

Follow-up Appointments
I recommended follow-up appointments over a period of a few months to establish steadiness in one’s health. Consistency will help you gain more comfort and ease with home-cooking, exercise, self-massage, and meditation.

Payment options are HSA/FSA insurance cards, credit or debit, cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle
Sliding scale options are available and reserved for students, BIPOC, & individuals with annual income less than $35,000
48- hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise a full fee will be charged.
