Initial Comprehensive Consultation
Consultations are for those seeking a thorough initial assessment and conversation of health concerns, overview of health & wellness goals, and Ayurvedic massage treatment. These sessions are longer to thoroughly assess client’s state of stress, digestion, absorption, and other symptomology. Clients will leave this initial consultation with actions to take moving forward.

Ayurvedic Massage & Wellness Counseling
Sessions are for those looking to address long-term health goals. These sessions include a full body massage along with guidance on lifestyle and dietetics to supplement massage treatments.
90 minutes

$500 for 4 90-minute appointments
Ayurvedic Massage
Sessions are to focus on short-term relief for a specific issue like stress, back or shoulder pain, or digestive discomfort.
