Add spices and ginger. Add turkey and when it’s cooked, add peas and bitter greens. Add 1/4 sup water and simmer ingredients are soft and cooked. In a separate small pan, heat ghee on low heat. Slowly add mustard seeds until they pop and release flavor. Pour ghee and mustard seeds over yogurt and water mixture along with cucumbers. Give thanks or say a prayer and enjoy!</image:title>
